1. Our Mission.

Our mission is to create a world where adults feel at one with the environment, from the luxury of a sustainable cabin.

2. Booking and Reservation.

Booking. When you book, you are agreeing to pay all charges for your booking, including the listing price, applicable fees like the linen fee, taxes and any other items identified during time of booking. You will be subject to, and responsible for complying with, all terms of the Reservation, including without limitation, the cancellation policy and any other rules, standards, policies, or requirements identified in the Listing or during checkout that apply to the Reservation. It is your responsibility to read and understand these rules, standards, policies, and requirements prior to booking a Listing. Send us a message if you have any queries to info@killarneycabins.ie.

Reservation. A Reservation is a limited license to enter, occupy and use the accommodation. Killarney Cabins retains the right to re-enter the accommodation during your stay, to the extent it is reasonably necessary. If you stay past checkout, Killarney Cabins has the right to make you leave in a manner consistent with applicable law, including by imposing reasonable overstay penalties. You may not exceed the maximum number of allowed Guests by the booking, or this will lead to a 100% surcharge of the nightly rate. This surcharge is applied per person. If you book for example, a cabin for €200 for one night and allow 2 unauthorized Guest to stay over, this will lead to a surcharge of €400. We would prefer if the rules were upheld.

3. Cancellations, Refunds and Booking Modifications.

Cancellations, Travel Issues, and Refunds. In general, if you cancel a reservation, the amount refunded to you is determined by the cancellation policy that applies to that reservation. If Killarney Cabins cancels, or you experience a Travel Issue, you may be entitled to rebooking assistance or a partial or full refund under our Rebooking and Refund Policy.

Booking Modifications. Guests are responsible for any booking modifications they agree to make via the booking website, and agree to pay any additional amounts, fees or taxes associated with any Booking Modification.

4. Your Responsibilities.

You are responsible for your own acts and omissions and are also responsible for the acts and omissions of anyone you invite to join or provide access to any cabin. For example, this means:

         i. you are responsible for leaving a cabin (and related personal property) in the condition it was                           when you arrived.

ii. you are responsible for paying all damage claim amounts necessary to cover damage that you, your             guest(s), or your service pet(s) cause to an Accommodation.

iii. you must act with integrity, treat others with respect and always comply with applicable laws. If you                 are booking for more than one guest, both must be legally defined as an adult.

5. Check-in & Check-out

Check-in is normally from 3pm. We offer full self-service check-in and check-out so 3pm can be 10pm if needed. We are on site and are available always. Text the proprietor Caroline at 087 952 6942 or email her at caroline@killarneycabins.ie.

6. Quiet time

Please note we operate a quiet time policy from 10pm to ensure the enjoyment for all our guests. This simply means keep it down, no external visitors.

7. Wireless facilities

Wireless internet access is available but is not guaranteed as it is provided subject to third party terms and conditions which are available when accessing the system. The facility is not subject to any particular security, and only has limited filtering measures. Killarney Cabins reserve the right to disclose your name and address to our internet service provider if we discover that you or a member of your party illegally downloaded content from the internet or otherwise engaged in unlawful activity whilst using this facility.

8. Safety

     i. You are required to follow any safety advice provided to you. Please note, driving is not permitted                      outside of the stoned areas.

    ii. Barbecues are not permitted.

iii. Smoking is prohibited. If you smoke outside, do not dispose of cigarette waste in the cabins as it is a fire          hazard, and the smell lingers after your departure.

iv. Take particular care not to do anything which might cause a fire.

    v. Fireworks may not be used.

vi. Do not enter or attempt to use any facility that is closed.

vii. If you enter the river, it is at your own risk. It gets extremely strong during the colder months.
